The Influence of the Doctor of Nursing Practice on West Texas Health Care

چکیده
This case study reflects the journey taken by multiple individuals as they considered doctor of nursing practice (DNP) evolution within one suburban acute care setting. The DNP education that chief officer (CNO) experienced led to a major change for all leaders in organization. Two CNOs provide their unique path and insights building leadership team composed primarily DNP-prepared leaders, sustaining momentum, fostering further growth an isolated area West Texas. Findings from qualitative on perceived impact actionable steps are shared.
